Susan Devlin is a 25+-year beauty industry veteran and philanthropist who scales successful, community-focused salon concepts in the Boston area. In 2001, she founded Nurture Salon and Spa in South Boston, strategically growing it from a modest two-chair startup into a thriving 10-chair wellness destination powered by a team of 21 creative artists. Building on this decades-long track record of operational excellence, Devin recently launched her latest venture, The Mills Hair Studio, located in the Lower Mills neighborhood of Dorchester. Operating on an innovative booth-rental model, this new space unites a diverse collective of independent styling talents under one cohesive brand.
